You can sign up a team in this thread, be sure that you've actually added information in the teams topic so we can contact you.
This tournament will be held on EUW!
The date is the 25th of January
You can sign up till the 24th of January
The 1st round will start at 13:00 PM, We expect you to be ready at 12:45 PM (UTC +1)

Rules:
1.) League of Legends Game server
All games will be played on the EU West server.
2.) Basic Information
• After game ends: results must be reported to a moderator.
• Map: 5v5 Summoner’s Rift
• Team Size: 5
• Teams find each other by using in-game names or custom game list.
•If nobody from the team responds within 10 minutes after the scheduled time of the match, the non-responsive team will receive an auto-lose. If the team responds within the 10 minute mark, they will get an extra 10 minutes to get ready and start the game before they get an auto-lose.
• Pauses can be used only for 10 minutes max for each team and 10 minutes for technical issues with the stream. Before unpausing the game, teams must ask each other if they are ready. If the pause exceeds 10 minutes mark, opposing team is allowed to unpause the game without asking and continue playing(Unless there was an agreement between teams/admin to extend the pause time).
• Team that initiates a pause must give a legit reason for pausing, otherwise the opposing team can unpause the game without asking for permissions and if the pause option gets abused for multiple times without a reason - we will be forced to DQ the team that abuses the pausing and ban them from participating in further tournaments hosted by LowEloTournaments. If a team unpauses the game without making sure that the opposing team is ready, the opposing team is allowed to instantly start a new pause. In some cases, the team that unpauses without asking if opponents are ready can get a DQ from the tournament. If a pause gets used when one of the teams is finishing the game by hitting a nexus and there is no way to change the outcome of it, the team that is finishing the game is allowed to unpause and finish the game.
• Win/Loss: A game is considered finished and won when a team destroys the enemy nexus or their opponent surrenders the game. If a team has all 5 members of a game disconnect then that team will be considered surrendered and the opposing team will be granted a win.
• Being suspected of being a smurf may result in a DQ from the tournament. There is no need for definite proof.
• To insult or assume a non-courteous attitude towards the administration will result in a ban and/or a DQ from the tournament.
• Final and match for 3rd/4th is a best of 3.
3.) Team registration
If you are participating a tournament and you happen to have a match in the upcoming hour, you should check-in by messaging an admin, you can easily contact admins by joining our chatroom ´LowEloTournaments´
4.) Player and Champion Selection
Teams must choose the 5 players they wish to play with in the game, before the champion banning/picking process begins. Once the champion bans have started, teams may no longer substitute players and must use the 5 players who were chosen to do the bans. Players are not allowed to participate in 2 different tournaments that are on the same date/time and players are not allowed to play under 2 different teams on the same tournaments. Not following this rule may end up getting you and your team disqualified and even banned from the future tournaments.
5.) Player Substitution
Teams may substitute players during rounds, if there is more than one game, i.e. Best of 3 series. The substitution must occur after the first game has concluded and before the start of the banning process for the next game. Only players of the active roster for the event are eligible for substitution. If a player was not on your roster before the event started then they are not eligible to play.
6.) Player Disconnects, Server Disconnects and Lag
If a player disconnects during a game, they are allowed to reconnect before the game ends. If a team loses one or more players, the match must still continue with the teams uneven (I.E. 5v4 or 5v3). If a team loses one or more players then the opposing team, at their discretion, can also choose to play one or more players down to make the game even, however, teams are not forced to do so. In case of a server lagging such that it drastically affects both teams and the game outcome, or the server disconnects, then the match must be replayed. The date and time of the replay will be decided by a LowEloTournaments Administrator. All players are responsible for having sufficient and stable internet connections to play on. “Lag” is not a viable excuse for filing a dispute unless all players on the server experience the same lag.
7.) League of Legends Player Accounts
All players must provide their League of Legends summoner names in their team roster on the LowEloTournaments website. If the name is written wrongly and your team gets into top 4, the player with a wrong summoner name might lose his rewards.
8.) Player Conduct
All teams and players are prohibited from using the chat console during in and outside the game to excessively harass or abuse the opposing team.
Harassment includes but is not limited to racism, excessive taunting, and spamming. However, excessive abuse will result in disciplinary actions from our Administrators.
9.) Game Remake
Sometimes there can be problems with server connectivity and sometimes its possible that only 1 of the 2 teams is experiencing the problem. So what do we suggest the teams to do - If the problem occurs before any major event in the game or before minions spawn then the team that is experiencing the lag must report it immediately to the tournament administrator and of course inform the opposing team. The remake can be done only if opposing team agrees on it and/or if the tournament administrator approves the decision. Remake must be done with the same champ picks&summoner spells(unless it was a champion select problem - then the person that had the problem can pick the other champion that was meant to be picked). If it's an ARAM - blind pick mode with same champions and summoner spells. There can be max of 2 remakes. If 2 remakes aren't enough to help with the issue then the team with the issue has to either surrender or just play by trying to ignore the issue. In very rare occasions the tournament can be scheduled on another date if there are many teams facing the same issue.
If remake gets made after there were any kills exchanged between teams in the game - both teams can agree to be sportsmanlike and give those kills back to each other after the remake is done and recall to wait in fountains until everyone respawns and play with the same score there was before the remake. Taking jungle and/or pushing lane with these kills before everybody respawns and starts from their fountains is not allowed.
10.) Participation Rule
You have to be level 30 to play on a team.You also have to be between Bronze V and Platinum 1 to be able to participate. (We only look at solo queue rating)
